Biocare Formulation offers high-quality nutraceutical sachet manufacturing with precise filling, advanced packaging technology, and GMP-compliant processes. We provide customized formulations for powders and granules in convenient single-serve sachets, ensuring freshness, accurate dosing, and easy portability.

1. Minimum Batch Quantity
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for manufacturing is as follows:

• Tablets / Capsules: 50,000 Nos.
• Syrups: 300 Litres (100 ml / 200 ml)
• Drops: 90 Litres (15 ml / 30 ml)
• Powders: 50 kg per flavour

2. Client Responsibilities
The following costs shall be borne by the client:

• Charges for new printing cylinders, dies, or moulds (if applicable).
• Cost of all packaging materials, including any excess inventory remaining after production.
• Cost of any special or client-specific raw materials.
• Any additional costs arising due to changes in government regulations, statutory requirements, or packaging updates after order confirmation.
• Freight and transportation charges for delivery of finished goods to the client’s designated location.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be Advance Payment or 30 Days Credit, as mutually agreed before order confirmation.
• An interest of 18% per annum will be charged on overdue payments beyond the agreed credit period.

4. Documents Required
The client must provide the following documents before production:

• Valid FSSAI License Copy
• GST Registration Certificate
• Final artwork in accordance with the approved mock-up provided by Biocare Formulation.

5. Production & Dispatch

• Production will commence only after receipt of the confirmed purchase order, required documents, advance payment (where applicable), and final approved artwork.
• Standard dispatch time is approximately 40 days from the date of receiving the final artwork approval and order confirmation, subject to raw material availability and production schedules.

6. General Terms

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Biocare Formulation.
• Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect pricing, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Biocare Formulation reserves the right to revise prices in case of significant fluctuations in raw material costs or changes in statutory taxes and government regulations.
